Welcome to blue replay. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the blue replay web application and related services operated by Blue Tech
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the Facebook Pages/Instagram accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and tokens.

2) Facebook & Instagram Integrations

• Our Service connects to Meta’s Graph API to let you schedule posts, reply to messages, and manage comments.
• Your use must comply with all applicable Meta policies (including the Facebook Platform Policies and Instagram Platform Policies).
• We may store access tokens solely to provide the Service; tokens are revoked when you disconnect your accounts or request deletion.

3) Data We Access & Use

We access only the data required to operate features you enable (e.g., Page details, messages, comments, media). We never sell your data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

4) Publishing & Automation

• You control what content is created, scheduled, or published through the Service.
• You must ensure your content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
• We are not responsible for posts removed or restricted by Meta or other platforms.

5) Acceptable Use

• No spamming, illegal content, harassment, or deception.
• No collection or processing of personal data without proper consent and legal basis.
• No attempts to circumvent Meta rate limits, restrictions, or security measures.

6) Fees & Billing (if applicable)

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change prices with prior notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.

7) Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect your accounts.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or platform policies.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor continued availability of third-party platforms or APIs (including Meta Graph API).

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

10) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
